Product Specific Information
- Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as a ~150 kDa band, and upon reduction generates ~25 kDa (light chain) and ~50 kDa (heavy chain) bands.
- Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits.

Target Information
Produced by activated monocytes and neutrophils, CXCL2 is expressed at sites of inflammation. It acts as a hematoregulatory chemokine that suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation in vitro. GRO-beta(5–73) exhibits enhanced hematopoietic activity.
