- Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as a ~150 kDa band, and upon reduction generates ~25 kDa (light chain) and ~50 kDa (heavy chain) bands.

Target Information
Produced by activated monocytes and neutrophils, CXCL2 is expressed at sites of inflammation. It acts as a hematoregulatory chemokine that suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation in vitro. GRO-beta(5–73) exhibits enhanced hematopoietic activity.
