Description:
HI30 단클론 항체는 인간 CD45 (Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA)의 모든 아이소폼과 반응합니다. CD45는 순환 적혈구와 혈소판을 제외한 모든 조혈세포에서 발현되며, 세포질 내 티로신 인산화효소 활성을 통해 림프구 활성화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.

Applications Tested:
정상 인간 말초혈액 세포를 대상으로 유세포분석에 최적화되었으며, 5 µL (0.06 µg)/test로 사용합니다. 1 test는 100 µL의 최종 부피에서 세포 시료를 염색하는 데 필요한 항체량을 의미합니다. 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험 조건에 따라 조정합니다.

CD45 (LCA, Leukocyte Common Antigen):
CD45는 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에서 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)로, 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지합니다. 비조혈세포에서는 발현되지 않으며, 림프구 발달 및 항원 신호전달 조절에 핵심적인 역할을 합니다.
CD45 단백질은 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 여러 아이소폼으로 존재하며, 세포 유형과 생리 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다. 또한 T세포 및 B세포 수용체 신호 조절, JAK kinase 억제, 세포 생존 및 면역 기능 조절에 관여합니다.
