Target Information
AKAP8L은 DHX9과의 결합을 통해 CTE 매개 유전자 발현에 관여할 수 있으며, 핵 내 미가공 mRNA 수출을 증가시킵니다. PRKACA를 핵으로 타겟팅하지만 PKA 조절 서브유닛 II 결합에는 관여하지 않습니다. 핵막 붕괴, 염색질 응축, DNA 복제 개시, 세포주기 G2/M 전환 및 히스톤 탈아세틸화 과정에 관련될 수 있습니다. 또한 pre-mRNA 스플라이싱 조절에도 관여하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
