Product Specific Information

The 509F6 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD307e (Fc receptor-like 5, FcRL5, FcRH5, IRTA2).
CD307e is a surface protein selectively expressed on naive mature B cells and bone marrow plasma cells, binding all IgG isotypes.
It acts as an inhibitory coreceptor on mature B cells via SHP-1 recruitment to ITIM motifs.
Soluble CD307e levels are elevated in multiple myeloma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and mantle cell lymphoma, making it a potential therapeutic target.

Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and tested on normal human peripheral blood cells
Use 5 µL (1 µg) per test in 100 µL final volume. Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.

Target Information

Fc receptor homologs (FcRH5, IRTA2) are transmembrane proteins homologous to classical Fc receptors.
They function as activating or inhibitory receptors on distinct B cell populations, involved in B-cell development and differentiation.
FcRH5 expression is deregulated in multiple myeloma and Burkitt lymphoma cell lines with 1q21 abnormalities, suggesting a role in B-cell lymphoma pathogenesis.
