The monoclonal antibody recognizes human IREM-1 (Immune receptor expressed by myeloid cell 1), also known as CD300f.
IREM-1 is a type I transmembrane protein with a single Ig domain and a long cytoplasmic tail containing an ITIM domain, functioning as an inhibitory receptor. The cytoplasmic domain interacts with SHP-1 and the p85α subunit of PI3K.

Expression is restricted to myeloid cells, including monocytes and granulocytes, and is downregulated in monocyte-derived dendritic cells.

• Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and validated for normal human peripheral blood cells at 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test
  • A test = staining a cell sample in 100 µL final volume
  • Suitable for 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test

eFluor® 660 replaces Alexa Fluor® 647.

• Emission: 659 nm
• Excitation: 633–647 nm (Red Laser)
• Ensure the instrument detects this fluorochrome.
• Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

Target Information

CLM1 (CD300f) is an inhibitory receptor of the Ig superfamily expressed on myeloid cells.
It mediates negative regulatory signals by recruiting SHP1 (PTPN6) or SHIP.
