This affinity-purified antibody is directed against mouse Ankrd26 protein.
BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with Ankrd26 proteins from:

• Mouse (100%)
• Rat (93%)
• Bovine (81%)
• Human (68%)

Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.

Target Information

ANKRD26 encodes a protein containing N-terminal ankyrin repeats that function in protein-protein interactions.
Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal dominant thrombocytopenia-2.
Pseudogenes are found on chromosomes 7, 10, 13, and 16.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
