Target Information
Ki-67는 세포 주기 중 G1, S, G2, M 단계에서 발현되는 핵 단백질로, euchromatin 및 centromeric heterochromatin과 결합합니다.
세포 주기 의존적 발현 패턴을 보이며, G0 단계에서는 발현되지 않고 G1부터 유사분열까지 증가합니다.
Ki-67 항체는 종양 조직에서 증식 지수를 평가하는 데 유용하며, 저등급 종양과 낮은 Ki-67 지수 간의 상관관계가 강하게 나타납니다.
신경세포의 증식 및 세포주기 연구에서 표준적으로 사용됩니다.
