Target Information
Glycoprotein VI (GP6)는 58-kDa 혈소판 막 당단백질로, 콜라겐에 의해 유도되는 혈소판 활성화 및 응집에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
혈관 손상 시, 내피세포층이 손상되어 콜라겐이 노출되면 혈소판이 부착되고 활성화되어 추가적인 혈소판이 모집 및 응집됩니다.
이 과정은 생리적 조건에서 지혈의 초기 단계로 작용하며, 반면 죽상동맥경화 플라크의 파열 후 콜라겐 노출은 심근경색이나 뇌졸중과 같은 혈전 형성의 주요 자극이 됩니다.
