Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SHPRH is a novel gene containing SNF2, PHD-finger, RING-finger, helicase, and linker histone domains. It is a potential tumor suppressor gene, as these domains are characteristic of DNA repair proteins, transcription factors, and helicases.
Mapping of this gene to 6q24, a region associated with tumor suppressor loci, suggests its role in tumor suppression.
