Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The SHPRH gene encodes a protein containing SNF2, PHD-finger, RING-finger, helicase, and linker histone domains. It is a potential tumor suppressor gene, as these domains are characteristic of DNA repair proteins, transcription factors, and helicases. Mapping to chromosome 6q24 suggests a role in tumor suppression.
