Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SHPRH is a novel gene containing SNF2, PHD-finger, RING-finger, helicase, and linker histone domains, and is a possible tumor suppressor gene candidate. These domains are characteristic of DNA repair proteins, transcription factors, and helicases. Mapping of this gene to chromosome 6q24, a region associated with tumor suppressor loci, suggests its potential role in tumor suppression.
