Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse C1q R1 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
CD93는 세포 표면 당단백질이며 type I 막 단백질로, 원래는 골수계 세포 특이적 마커로 확인되었습니다.
이 단백질은 초기에는 C1q 수용체로 알려졌으나, 현재는 세포 간 부착 및 세포사(apoptotic cell) 제거에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
세포질 꼬리 부분은 막단백질을 세포골격에 연결하고 세포골격 재구성에 관여하는 moesin 단백질과 상호작용합니다.
