Product Specific Information
The A2F10 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD135, also known as Flk2/Flt3. This 135–150 kDa tyrosine kinase receptor is expressed by primitive progenitor cells in fetal liver and adult bone marrow. Two-color staining of adult mouse bone marrow cells with A2F10 and RA3-6B2 (CD45R/B220) or M1/70 (CD11b) reveals Flk-2-positive subpopulations of B cells or myeloid cells, respectively.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cells. Recommended ≤1 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.

Target Information
FLT3 is a tyrosine protein kinase belonging to the growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase family. Activation occurs via ligand binding, leading to receptor dimerization and autophosphorylation. Activated FLT3 regulates pathways controlling apoptosis, proliferation, and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. Constitutive activation mutations are associated with acute myeloid and lymphoblastic leukemia.
