Product Specific Information

• Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
• After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
• For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
• Mouse anti-Human CD43 antibody, clone DFT-1 recognizes human CD43 (leukosialin or sialophorin).

Target Information

CD43 (leukosialin, sialophorin)은 대부분의 조혈세포 표면에 발현되는 음전하의 막관통 점액질 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 세포 부착을 방해하는 반발 장벽을 형성하지만, 특정 상황에서는 백혈구 응집을 촉진하기도 합니다. CD43은 actin-binding 단백질인 ezrin 및 moesin과 상호작용하여 T세포 형태 변화를 조절하고 림프구 이동 중 세포 간 상호작용을 조절합니다. 또한 LFA-1의 부착성을 강화하거나 다른 수용체에 의한 LFA-1 유도를 억제하는 역할을 합니다. CD43 발현은 종양 억제 단백질 p53의 발현을 유도하지만, p53 및 ARF 결핍 시에는 종양 세포의 증식과 생존을 촉진할 수 있습니다. CD43은 백혈구 기능 조절의 중요한 인자로 알려져 있으며, 관련 질환으로는 Wiscott-Aldrich 증후군 및 Adenoid Basal Cell Carcinoma가 있습니다.
