FGFR1 (also known as FLT2)는 Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor (FGFR1–4) 계열에 속하는 막관통성 티로신 키나아제로, 17종의 성장인자(FGF1–17)에 대한 고친화성 수용체로 작용합니다.
FGF 수용체 패밀리는 중배엽 유도, 세포 성장 및 이동, 기관 형성, 골 성장 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다.
FGFR1은 다양한 스플라이싱 변이를 가지며, 배아 발달 및 성체 조직에서 차별적으로 발현됩니다. FGFR1의 결함은 Pfeiffer 증후군, Kallmann 증후군, Jackson-Weiss 증후군 등 여러 유전 질환과 관련이 있습니다. 또한, 염색체 이상은 조혈모세포 증식성 질환 및 백혈병 림프종 증후군과 연관됩니다.
