Target Information
PDGFRB는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 동맥경화 및 SIS 온코진에 의한 세포 변형에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 이 성장 인자는 중간엽 기원의 세포에 대한 유사분열 촉진 인자입니다. 결합된 성장 인자의 종류에 따라 수용체는 동종이합체 또는 이종이합체(platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha와 beta로 구성) 형태로 존재할 수 있습니다.
이 유전자는 염색체 5에서 GM-CSF 및 M-CSF 수용체 유전자와 인접해 있으며, 세 유전자는 5-q 증후군과 관련될 수 있습니다. 또한 염색체 5와 12 사이의 전좌로 인해 PDGFRB(CD140b)가 ETV6 백혈병 유전자와 융합되어 호산구 증가증을 동반한 만성 골수증식성 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
