Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water for a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

LOXL2 유전자는 lysyl oxidase 계열에 속하며, 결합 조직 생합성에 필수적인 구리 의존성 아민 산화효소를 암호화합니다. 이 효소는 콜라겐과 엘라스틴의 교차결합 형성 초기 단계를 촉매하며, C-말단의 보존된 아미노산 서열이 아민 산화활성을 유지합니다. N-말단은 다양하게 변형되어 발달 조절, 노화, 종양 억제, 세포 성장 조절, 화학주성 등의 추가 기능을 수행할 수 있습니다.
