Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a protein that binds the cancer-testis antigen Synovial Sarcoma X breakpoint 2 (SSX2) protein.
The encoded protein may regulate the activity of SSX2 protein in malignant cells.
Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 3.
