Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NME1 shows reduced mRNA levels in highly metastatic cells. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) forms a hexamer composed of A (NME1) and B (NME2) isoforms. Mutations in NME1 are linked to aggressive neuroblastomas. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms exist. Co-transcription with NME2 produces a fusion protein (NME1–NME2) sharing sequence identity with both gene products.
