Target Information
PKC (Protein Kinase C) 계열의 serine/threonine kinase는 세포 내 신호전달 경로에 의해 활성화됩니다.
인간에서는 최소 12종의 PKC 폴리펩타이드가 확인되었으며, 구조, 조직 분포, 세포 내 위치, 작용 기전, 외부 자극 반응 및 기질 특이성이 다양합니다.
PKC alpha, beta I, beta II, gamma는 conventional PKC로 Ca²⁺ 및 인지질 의존적입니다.
PKC mu의 활성화는 Ser744 및 Ser748의 인산화를 통해 PKC 의존적 신호 경로에 의해 조절됩니다.
