Product Specific Information
- 재구성을 위해 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하면 최종 항체 농도는 약 1 mg/mL입니다.
- Conjugation 실험에 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 권장합니다.
Target Information
MDM2 단백질은 p53 단백질의 안정성을 조절하는 주요 인자입니다. MDMX(MDM4)는 MDM2 관련 단백질로, MDM2를 통한 p53의 분해를 억제하는 역할을 합니다.
MDMX 유전자는 악성 교종에서 증폭되는 표적 유전자이며, ARF는 MDMX를 핵소체 내로 격리시켜 p53 전사활성을 증가시킵니다. 또한 MDMX 발현은 p53 분해를 억제하면서도 p53 전사활성 억제를 유지합니다.
MDMX는 MDM2와 유사하게 p73과 결합하여 p73의 안정성을 증가시키며, 이는 p53과는 대조적인 특성을 보입니다.
