For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

RAB21 is a member of the small GTP-binding protein family within the Ras superfamily, playing a critical role in intracellular vesicular trafficking.
In non-polarized Caco-2 cells, RAB21 localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-like regions, while in polarized cells, it is found in apical vesicles.
RAB21 interacts with integrin subunits and facilitates receptor internalization through RAB5/RAB21 endosomes.
The GTPase-activating protein p120RasGAP regulates cell motility by modulating integrin recycling to the plasma membrane through competition with RAB21 for binding sites on the integrin α-tail.
