Target Information
Naked2 is a cell-autonomous antagonist of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. It may also activate a secondary Wnt signaling pathway that controls planar cell polarity. Additionally, it is required for the processing and basolateral targeting of TGFA in polarized epithelial cells.
