For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Galactose-specific lectin that binds IgE. May mediate stimulation of endothelial cell migration via CSPG4 and integrin α3β1.
Together with DMBT1, required for terminal differentiation of columnar epithelial cells during early embryogenesis.
Acts as a pre-mRNA splicing factor in the nucleus.
Involved in acute inflammatory responses such as neutrophil activation, adhesion, monocyte/macrophage chemoattraction, opsonization of apoptotic neutrophils, and mast cell activation.
