Target Information
EZH2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase) is a member of the Polycomb-group (PcG) family. PcG family members form multimeric protein complexes involved in maintaining transcriptional repression across cell generations. EZH2 interacts with embryonic ectoderm development protein, VAV1 oncoprotein, and the X-linked nuclear protein. It may play roles in hematopoietic and central nervous systems. Mutations in EZH2 are associated with Weaver syndrome (WVS).
