이 염소 유래 항-마우스 IgG 다클론 항체는 마우스 IgG의 heavy 및 light chain과 반응하며, 사람, 랫, 소, 염소, 햄스터, 토끼 혈청 단백질과의 교차 반응은 최소화되어 있습니다.
IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3 및 일부 IgM과 반응성이 확인되었습니다.

F(ab`)2 fragment 형태로 Fc 영역이 제거되어 Fc 매개 결합 문제를 최소화합니다.
본 제품은 NovaFluor conjugate 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial을 포함합니다.

Applications Reported:

• Flow cytometric analysis에 사용 가능

Applications Tested:

• Human PBMC를 이용한 Flow cytometry에서 ≤0.5 µg/test 사용 가능 (100 µL 최종 부피 기준)
• Immunohistochemistry (FFPE)에서 ≤10 µg/mL 사용 가능
• 실험 목적에 따라 항체를 적절히 희석하여 최적화 필요
