Product Specific Information
Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge if not clear after standing at room temperature. Stable for several weeks at 4°C as undiluted liquid. Dilute only before immediate use.

Target Information
Cas9 is an RNA-guided DNA endonuclease enzyme associated with the CRISPR adaptive immunity system in bacteria and genetic engineering. It enables targeted genome editing by inducing indel mutations, sequence insertions, deletions, or rearrangements.
Cas9 variants include Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 (SpCas9) and Staphylococcus aureus Cas9 (SaCas9). SaCas9 is smaller, efficient, and specific, recognizing NNGRRT PAM sequences and suitable for all-in-one vector delivery systems.
