Target Information

Epidermal growth factor-like protein 7 (EGFL7), also known as VE-statin, MEGF7, Notch4-like protein or Zneu1, is a 29.6 kDa protein produced and secreted by endothelium. It is also expressed by some normal and malignant tissues. EGFL7 functions to regulate angiogenesis and vasculogenesis, and is highly expressed in tissues with active angiogenesis associated with various disorders.
