Target Information
Antizyme inhibitor (AZIN1) 단백질은 ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) 활성과 polyamine 흡수를 양성 조절합니다.
AZI는 효소 활성이 없는 ODC 유사체로서 antizyme(OAZ1, OAZ2, OAZ3)에 의해 매개되는 ODC 억제를 방해하여, ODC 단량체를 활성형 ODC 이합체로 전환시켜 polyamine 생성을 회복시킵니다.
