HSF2 binding protein (HSF2BP)는 HSF2와 결합하며, 이 상호작용은 HSF2의 삼합체화 도메인과 HSF2BP의 아미노 말단 친수성 영역(두 개의 leucine zipper motif 포함) 사이에서 일어납니다.
따라서 HSF2BP는 HSF2 활성 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
