For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of a subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs).
The hnRNPs are RNA-binding proteins that form complexes with heterogeneous nuclear RNA and are involved in pre-mRNA processing, metabolism, and transport.
While most hnRNPs are localized in the nucleus, some shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm.
The HNRNPH1 protein contains three quasi-RRM domains that bind RNA and is similar to HNRPF.
This gene may be associated with hereditary lymphedema type I, and alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified.
