- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Endocan is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
Endothelial cell-specific molecule 1 (ESM1) is a secreted protein mainly expressed in endothelial cells of human lung and kidney tissues. Its expression is regulated by cytokines, suggesting a role in endothelium-dependent pathological disorders. The transcript includes multiple polyadenylation and mRNA instability signals, and two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
