Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Integrin alpha 2, 3, 4, and recombinant human Integrin alpha M and V is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)은 점막 관련 T 림프구와 활성화된 세포에서 발현되는 분자로, TGF-β1 세포의 일부에서도 발현됩니다.
CD103은 150 kDa α-체인과 120 kDa β-체인으로 구성된 인테그린 패밀리의 일부이며, α-체인은 I-domain을 포함하고 있으며 세포외 도메인에서 절단되어 이황화 결합된 중쇄와 경쇄를 형성합니다.
β7 인테그린과 결합하여 E-cadherin 결합 인테그린(인간 점막 림프구-1 항원)을 형성합니다.
CD103은 인간 장내 상피 림프구(IEL)에 주로 발현되며, 접착뿐 아니라 IEL 활성화에도 관여합니다.
CD103 기능 이상은 털세포 백혈병과 비장 변연부 림프종과 관련이 있습니다.
