Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human Flt3-Ligand. Anti-Human Flt3-Ligand-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing an immobilized Human Flt3-Ligand matrix.
Sandwich ELISA:
To detect Human Flt3-Ligand by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution), a concentration of 0.5–2.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human Flt3-Ligand (500-P42Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human Flt3-Ligand.
Western Blot:
To detect Human Flt3-Ligand by Western Blot analysis, this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for Recombinant Human Flt3-Ligand is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

FLT3LG (Fms Related Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with FLT3LG include aplastic anemia and brain cancer. Related pathways include hematopoietic stem cell differentiation and Ras signaling. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations include protein homodimerization activity and cytokine activity.
Dendritic cells (DCs) link innate and adaptive immunity by recognizing pathogens and priming pathogen-specific immune responses. FLT3LG controls the development of DCs, particularly plasmacytoid DCs and CD8-positive classical DCs and their CD103-positive tissue counterparts.
