Target Information
TRPM4는 칼슘에 의해 활성화되는 비선택적 양이온 채널로, 막 탈분극을 매개합니다. 세포 내 Ca²⁺ 증가에 의해 활성화되지만 Ca²⁺에는 투과성이 없습니다. Na⁺, K⁺, Cs⁺, Li⁺ 등의 단가 양이온을 운반하여 막 탈분극을 유도하며, 심근세포, 신경세포, 췌장 내분비세포, 신장 상피세포 등 다양한 세포에서 중심적인 역할을 합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 후 Ca²⁺ 진동을 조절하여 NFAT 의존적 IL2 생성에 관여하고, 췌장 베타세포의 인슐린 분비 조절, 혈관 수축, 세포 증식 및 면역 반응 조절에도 관여합니다.
