The eBio299Arm monoclonal antibody is used as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
- Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: Tested on normal human peripheral blood and mouse splenocytes
- Recommended Use: Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody
Brilliant Violet™ 421 (BV421) emits at 423 nm and is intended for use on cytometers equipped with a violet (405 nm) laser. Ensure your instrument supports this fluorochrome.
When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (e.g., Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), it is recommended to use:
- Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42)
