Description:
Monoclonal antibody M1-14D12은 Mouse IgG1 항체를 인식하며 현미경 관찰용 2차 항체로 사용됩니다. 다른 mouse isotype이나 rat IgG1 및 rat isotype 항체에는 반응하지 않습니다.

Applications Reported:
M1-14D12 항체는 동결 또는 포르말린 고정 파라핀 포매 조직 절편의 면역조직화학염색(IHC) 및 면역세포화학(ICC)에 사용된 사례가 있습니다.

Applications Tested:
Mouse IgG1 isotype의 1차 항체 염색 후 ICC에서 테스트되었으며, ≤10 µg/mL 농도로 사용 가능합니다. 최적 성능을 위해 적절한 희석 농도 조절을 권장합니다. 본 제품은 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry)에는 검증되지 않았습니다.

Filter Recommendation:
eFluor® 570 형광체 사용 시 570 nm 방출 파장을 포착할 수 있는 필터(예: Excitation 545/25, 565LP, Emission 605/70)를 권장합니다. Alexa Fluor® 555 또는 TRITC 필터도 사용 가능합니다.
