This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
This antibody has specificity for Human B7-H3/CD276.
Target Information
CD276 (B7-H3) is a member of the B7 family of co-stimulatory molecules. It is a type I transmembrane protein that induces proliferation of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, enhances cytotoxic T cell generation, and stimulates interferon gamma production.
Expression of CD276 can be induced on dendritic cells and monocytes by inflammatory cytokines, and is widely expressed in peripheral tissues including heart, kidney, testis, and colon.
In humans, CD276 exists as two isoforms resulting from gene duplication and differential splicing. It has therapeutic potential for regulating cell-mediated immune responses to cancer, particularly in conjunction with anti-angiogenic therapy.
