Target Information
CD300e는 골수세포에서 발현되는 세포 표면 당단백질 계열의 구성원으로, TYRO 단백질 티로신 키나아제 결합 단백질과 상호작용하며 활성화 수용체로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. CD300e는 성숙한 골수성 수지상세포와 단핵구에서 발현되며, 미성숙 수지상세포에서는 발현이 감소합니다. 또한 DAP-12와 상호작용하여 활성화 신호를 매개합니다. CD300e의 활성화는 미경험 T 세포의 동종반응을 증가시키는 것으로 보고되었습니다. CD300e 기능 이상은 tungiasis 및 이 감염과 관련이 있습니다.
