Target Information

CD56 (NCAM, neural cell adhesion molecule)은 면역글로불린 계열의 막관통 당단백질로, 신경계 전반에서 120–180 kDa의 다양한 isoform으로 발현됩니다. T세포 및 NK세포에서 발현되며, 세포 이동, 축삭 성장, 경로 탐색 및 시냅스 가소성에 관여합니다. Polysialic 수정은 CD56 매개 세포 부착을 감소시킵니다. CD56은 laminin 및 integrin과 같은 세포외기질 성분과 결합하여 동종 및 이종 상호작용을 매개합니다. 대부분의 신경외배엽 유래 세포주, 조직 및 신생물(예: retinoblastoma, medulloblastoma, astrocytoma, neuroblastoma)에서 발현되며, 신경내분비 종양 및 난소 granulosa 세포 종양의 민감한 표지자로 사용됩니다. CD56 이상은 rabies 및 blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasms와 관련이 있습니다.
