Daxx 단백질은 세포핵과 세포질에 존재하는 다기능 단백질로, 다양한 단백질과 상호작용하며 전사 억제, 세포자멸사 조절 등에 관여합니다. 본 항체는 인간 DAXX 유래 합성 펩타이드(AA 361-410)를 면역원으로 제작된 토끼 폴리클로날 항체입니다.

Localization and function are modulated by post-translational modifications such as sumoylation, phosphorylation, and polyubiquitination. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
