Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
This gene is involved in transcriptional coactivation by steroid receptors. Evidence suggests that it encodes both a non-coding RNA functioning as part of a ribonucleoprotein complex and a protein-coding mRNA. Increased expression of both transcript and protein is associated with cancer.
