Product Specific Information

• Each lot’s sensitivity is verified using ELISA, and specificity is confirmed by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
• Rehydrate with 0.55 mL of deionized water and incubate for 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve.
• Centrifuge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
• Store lyophilized material at 2–8°C. For long-term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
• Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin sheep serum proteins.

Target Information

Anti-Sheep secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with high specificity for ovine (sheep) immunoglobulins.
They are used for detection, sorting, or purification of sheep IgG and offer versatility across detection systems such as HRP, AP, or fluorescence.
These antibodies enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Produced by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, they are further purified and modified to generate highly specific reagents.
