Target Information
Mouse IgG3는 항원에 대한 반응으로 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G의 아형입니다. 혈청 내에서 가장 적은 양으로 존재하며, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
IgG3는 두 개의 중쇄와 두 개의 경쇄로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포 매개 세포독성(ADCC)에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제와 같은 면역 조절에도 역할을 합니다.
다른 IgG 아형에 비해 연구 및 진단 응용에서 덜 사용되지만, ELISA 및 면역조직화학 등 일부 실험에서 여전히 활용됩니다.
