Target Information
Mouse IgM은 항원에 대한 반응으로 B 세포에 의해 생성되는 면역글로불린 M 항체입니다.
이는 면역 반응에서 가장 먼저 생성되는 항체로, 혈청 내에서 가장 큰 면역글로불린입니다.
Mouse IgM은 5개의 heavy chain과 5개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 보체 활성화 및 항원 응집에 관여합니다.
선천면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 적응면역 반응이 완전히 활성화되기 전 병원체를 중화하는 데 기여합니다.
