This antibody reacts with an undefined epitope on a plant pathogen.
MA1-10427 can be used as a negative control to measure the non-specific binding of Mouse IgG2b in human, porcine, mouse, and rat tissues.
Target Information
Mouse IgG2b is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is the third most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response.
It consists of two heavy chains and two light chains, and is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
Mouse IgG2b regulates immune responses such as T cell activation and B cell inhibition, and is widely used in research and diagnostic applications including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry.
It also has applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development.
