- Sandwich ELISA에서 MIA1404는 검출 항체로 사용 가능하며, Product #710263 또는 #701239와 매칭하여 인간 ApoA1 검출에 적합합니다.
- Recombinant human ApoA1은 검출되지만 recombinant mouse ApoA1은 검출되지 않습니다.
- Serum 샘플 내 ApoA1 검출에 사용 가능하며, 감도 향상을 위해 biotinylated detection antibody 및 Streptavidin-HRP 사용을 권장합니다.
- Western blot에서도 recombinant human ApoA1 및 내생 ApoA1 검출에 적합합니다.
