Sandwich ELISA에서 MIA1404는 검출 항체로 사용 가능하며, Product #710263 또는 #701239와 매칭하여 인간 ApoA1 검출에 적합합니다.
Recombinant human ApoA1은 검출되지만 recombinant mouse ApoA1은 검출되지 않습니다.
Serum 샘플 내 ApoA1 검출에 사용 가능하며, 감도 향상을 위해 biotinylated detection antibody 및 Streptavidin-HRP 사용을 권장합니다.
Western blot에서도 recombinant human ApoA1 및 내생 ApoA1 검출에 적합합니다.

Apolipoprotein A-1 (apo A-1)은 인간 혈장 내 HDL의 주요 단백질 성분으로, 분자량은 24 kDa입니다.
콜레스테롤 대사 관련 효소의 보조인자로 작용하며 간에서 생성됩니다.
혈장 내 농도는 270–380 mg/100 mL입니다.
