- Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
- The antigen shares 96% identity with rat sequence and 92% with human.
- Specificity: P2RY2.
Target Information
The gene product belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor family, which includes several receptor subtypes with overlapping pharmacological selectivity for adenosine and uridine nucleotides. This receptor responds to both adenosine and uridine nucleotides and may be involved in cell cycle control of endometrial carcinoma cells. Three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
