이 항체는 염소 IgG의 중쇄와 대부분의 염소 면역글로불린에 공통적인 경쇄를 인식하며, 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질과는 반응하지 않습니다.
고체상 효소면역분석에 따르면, 이 항체는 다음과 같은 교차 반응성을 가집니다:
- Sheep IgG: 50%
- Bovine IgG: 25%
- Bovine IgM, Goat IgM, Sheep IgM: 6%
- Cat IgG, Dog IgG: 1%
- 기타 종의 면역글로불린과는 최소한의 교차 반응성
Target Information
Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체로, 검출, 정렬 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
