• Product #31685 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
• Reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins.
• Does not react with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
• Tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorption to ensure minimal cross-reactivity with other species.
• Store protected from light at 4°C.
• For extended storage, add equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
• Rhodamine Amax = 550 nm; Emax = 570 nm.
• Fluorophore/Protein ratio: 0.56 moles Rhodamine per mole IgG (lot-dependent).
• Reconstitute with 0.4 mL distilled water (1.5 mg/mL after reconstitution).
